Cairns of the World

They appear where the path grows uncertain — at the top of a ridge, the edge of a shoreline, the crossing of two trails in the middle of nowhere. Stacked by strangers. Found by strangers. A small, quiet act of generosity across time.

No two cairns are alike.

Some are elaborate, almost architectural. Others are barely three stones tall, wobbling in the wind. But each one means the same thing:

Someone was here, and they wanted you to find your way.

Our clients have found them everywhere — on volcano summits and coastal headlands, in high alpine meadows and ancient city squares, on remote backcountry trails and well-worn pilgrimage routes. Every photo tells a small story about a moment when someone stopped, looked down, and thought of us.

We love that.

Have a cairn photo of your own?

We’d love to add it to the collection. Send your photo to us and tell us where in the world you found it.
